Biographie:
Debra Smith-Milberg, Founder/Owner of Total Fitness & Nutrition, offers individualized Nutrition Health Coaching, individualized Fitness Training, as well as Accountability Coaching to ensure all clients' needs are met, as well as granting the opportunity to achieve optimal health. Debra works with all ages, from adolescents to seniors. She infuses her passion for healthy living and clean eating into her nutrition counseling. Debra graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN), where she studied Innovative Coaching methods, Practical Lifestyle Management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories, including cutting-edge methods in Holistic Nutrition, Health Coaching, and Prevention. She is now an IIN ambassador. Drawing on her expertise in fitness and health, she guides her clients to make lifestyle changes that will improve their energy, balance, sleep, health, and happiness. Her work is centered on addressing clients' specific concerns through customized, individualized plans and ongoing support, education, and guidance. Credentials:
