Biographie:
Michelle Crispe works as a personal trainer, nutritionist, speaker, and owner of a small construction company. In her first book, she draws her inspiration from her son and tells a story of resilience, courage, kindness, and compassion as Sprout makes his way into adulthood. Michelle lives in Toronto with her partner, Chantelle, and their beautiful, blended family: Emerson, Charley, and Gage.
