This is a little book designed to help people concerned about COVID-19 prepare, mentally and physically, to resist the coronavirus and, if they catch it, to create a strong defense with healthy self-talk, positive imagery and exercises to improve breathing. It addresses the core problem of fear associated with COVID-19 and and the related stress this creates. It also asks the reader to send and to receive messages of love from close friends and family as well as send support to the physicians and others who are courageously providing care during this challenging time.

Biographie:
Richard Fenker is Emeritus Professor of Psychology at Texas Christian University and an author, inventor, and mathematician. He is an expert in human learning, thinking, and consciousness. He is the author of 12 books and several hundred articles in a variety of areas including learning skills, human consciousness, sport psychology, retail site selection, Alzheimer's/dementia, rocket science, mathematics and others.
