This section laid it out pretty simply: What matters most is letting go of the fear of rejection. There is even an entire chapter devoted to overcoming anxiety, which was also a great help to me. This book was full of great information! I highly recommend it to those who feel uncomfortable approaching people they don't know very well or those who have anxiety about any social interactions. However, I feel anyone could gain a lot from reading this book.
