Blurb:Rubbish is engulfing the world, and trash creatures now have a secret society. They are mean and sneaky. Tragladord and his clan have taken control of rivers, and the breezes, and now they're after parks. The Science Gang are a medley of smart kids who want to make a change and are brave enough to fight. But the trash clan are a mighty force... The kids who form the Science Gang live in Sharlmoore and attend Sharlmoore State High School together. They have different back grounds and a mix of interests but what they do share in common is a love of adventure and a passion for science. When confronted with horrible changes in their neighbourhood they band together in search of a solution. This leads them through adventures and crisis where new and stronger bonds are formed. They develop a determination to fix the problems they are now faced with whatever the cost.
