Biographie:
Tracy Bianco is a leadership coach, trainer, and speaker. As the founder and CEO of Bright Side Training Solutions, she is passionate about helping others understand they are leaders-of work teams, of their families, of themselves. Throughout her career, Tracy has had the privilege of leading students in her classrooms, team members in corporate America, and now clients who hire her for coaching and team development services. She is grateful to use her teacher's heart and her businesswoman's mind to help those clients tap into their confidence and compe- tence, both personally and professionally. Tracy lives in her hometown of Staunton, Illinois with her husband, Jim. She has three children and five grand- children who light up her world with soccer, baseball, wrestling, and imaginary food feasts.
