This killer is now eligible for parole for the third time and this book is part of his campaign to try to prevent that from happening. The author received the reward offered by the NSW Police Commissioner for his contribution to the apprehension and conviction of this serial killer. In the Hands of Evil is a truly unique Australian crime story, told by the Author as he experienced it.
