Her journey deepened in the early 1970s through an intensive spiritual training called The Nature of the Soul, which became the foundation for her lifelong path as a meditation teacher.With decades of experience, Dana shares practical tools for living a more fulfilling life and offers insights that help others reconnect with their inner light.
