Does your relationship with your parents (or in-laws) frustrate you? Is your marriage as strong as you'd like? How is your relationship with your siblings? Does parenting make you anxious? What about your relationship with God? Our identities as children, spouses, siblings, and parents affect us in very personal ways. The Relational God Bible Study considers the biblical commands for each of these four relationships and how to apply those commands to our lives. Next it examines how we approach God (as children), how we interact with God individually and corporately as the church (like a spouse), and how we relate to God (through our relationships with one another as brothers and sisters in and through Christ); and how God approaches, interacts with, and relates to us (as a parent). Join this 10-session Bible study to understand what the Bible says about how to improve your relationships with your family, with the body of Christ, and your own personal walk with the Lord.
Biographie:
Steven Halbert is a husband, father, son, and brother. He has worked as a product manager and has held various roles in children and family service organizations. He enjoys writing, reading, and teaching adult Sunday school (which is where the idea for this book materialized). He has an associate degree in Bible and a master's degree in English. Steven has limited time to maintain a robust online presence; so you don't have to worry about following him or friending him or anything like that.
