Based on current events in which the author makes a prediction of what will happen, politically, to Puerto Rico on July 25, 2020. The prediction is made in of a speech to the people of Puerto Rico from the steps of the Capitol by the newly elected head of state. WHEREAS: It is imperative that all those who proudly we carry that blood with our hands, minds and our hearts to solve that deplorable situation as soon as possible with the minor tear our pride.
