Reminiscent of Thomas Berger's Little Big Man, Fastest Draw begins in Depression era Georgia with an old Abe recounting his adventure to a writer. Both a Tall-tale Western and a Southern Gothic the screenplay for Fastest Draw was recommended for the shortlist of the Dublin International film festival. Biographie:
Born in Ireland in August 1971. Fastest Draw is Gary Power's first novel, set in the West and the Deep South it's an adventure with a Southern Gothic sensibility. Gary has lived and worked throughout the USA and Latin America. He now lives in Galway on Ireland's west coast....
