Biographie:
The Author: Jon Lauglo, born 1943 in Norway, is Senior Education Specialist in the Africa Region of the World Bank, Professor of Sociology at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, and Senior Researcher at NOVA-Norwegian Social Research Oslo. Previously he taught Comparative and International Education at the University of London Institute of Education and served as Scientific Director of a Program that financed applied research on education, at the Norwegian Research Council. He received his university education in the USA at Reed College and the University of Chicago....
