Résumé : With so much growth in SOA, BPM, and EDM technology, corporations are in need of a way to organize their business logic ? business rules ? in a way that will allow the greatest agility for the business while leveraging current IT assets. Written by two pioneering consultants and bestselling authors with track records of international success, this volume explains how to implement the Decision Model, a stable, rigorous model of core business logic that informs current and emerging technology. It offers a strong theoretical foundation, while succinctly defining the path needed to incorporate agile and iterative techniques to develop a model that can become a cornerstone for continual growth.
