In the deep past there was a garden and in it were Dragons who were given the task of guiding human kind but over time the dragons became more like humans and their societies became entangled which blinded the best of dragons. Here in Dragon Fire the Dragon's Age is ending as foretold. Magic wanes. The Golden Dragon, Mars Hammertail, has come as prophesied but he is not what anyone expected. Mars the runt has an uphill battle just for acceptance and he is earning his way but human treachery intervenes putting Mars on the wrong path. He must regain his lost magic fire and gain wisdom on his forced heroes journey before he can fulfill his calling and save his race. If Mars doesn't return in time all will be lost....

Biographie:
Rachel Thompson, former freelance writer, wrote and cartooned for magazines and newspapers from the Lehigh Valley, Pa., before taking up the motorhome life. She now resides deep inside a national forest in Florida. She became a serious writer after first surviving a near-death motor vehicle accident in 2003 after more than 25 years in the construction industry. To date, she has self-published six novels and two collections of short stories available in print and e-book. Her quirky and satirical short stories have appeared in a variety of anthologies. The next novel is in process now. Nonfiction credits include press releases, ad-copy and other materials for nonprofit organizations. From sci-fi and fantasy, to social satire and historical fiction, Thompson twists it all....
