It explains how our life experiences are mostly created by unconscious and unhealthy life patterns and how to change them. When we free ourselves from these patterns, we can become conscious co-creators of a more vibrant and fulfilling life. There is no easy path to awakening. We are all evolving in our own perfect way within our own unique path. The spiritual journey requires us to move in parallel paths that are mutually supportive. One part of the journey is the intellectual understanding of our own true nature and the second part is becoming our higher truth. We expand our awareness and we function from that higher understanding. It takes nuanced knowledge to both heal and then evolve, toward becoming the best version of ourselves. From both my personal experiences and in-depth study of ancient insights, I hope to offer teachings and transformational practices to empower you to align to your life's purpose. This is a how to manual for evolving from fear to love, from lack to abundance and from surviving life to thriving as a unique expression of divine light. As the teachings are nuanced, I invite you to reread and contemplate as you begin the transformative practices. The tools remain the same, but your skill level for working with these tools will expand with practice. As you cultivate your skills your evolution will unfold. The purpose of this book is to guide readers to become conscious and active participants in our own evolution. I encourage you to become excited about engaging with life with all of its ups and downs while being aware that every situation is a lesson in support of our growth, our inner evolution, not our outer success. In this process, we allow life to refine and mold us into our highest potential. We cultivate an active surrender to each moment to fully experience the life we have been gifted. When the integration happens, the new truth becomes a part of our subconscious mind. It becomes a part of our default mechanism for the way we perceive and relate to our world, helping us evolve in an integrated and holistic way.

Merging her passions with industry, she creates and works in the realms of illustration, graphic design, photography, writing, and music, and has experience in the fields of video and audio production. A naturally-born and self-taught artist, she is capable of moving through various mediums with skill and ease. Her design portfolio consists of, but is not limited to: logos, regional publication advertisements, album artwork, business cards, book covers, and print illustration. She has traveled extensively, and is currently building an international clientele.
