        Tom Fedro, President & CEO - Paragon Software Group Corporation

        Tom Fedro co-founded and developed the business strategy and operations plan for Irvine, Calif.-based Paragon Software Group Corp. He then hired the team for its execution. Paragon specializes in disaster recovery and backup software solutions for small business and midmarket enterprises along with particular embedded file system driver technologies and other utilities used by large manufacturers of consumer devices and software solutions including; Seagate, Western Digital, Dell, Cisco Systems, ASUS, GoPro, Toshiba, Netgear, Belkin, Hewlett Packard, Carbonite, D-Link, Hitachi and many others. Using his systems, methods and sales processes the company has sold over 185 million software licenses.
        Prior to joining Paragon, Fedro was Executive Vice President Sales, Marketing and Operations at FarStone Technologies, where he was responsible for all revenue generation activity and support operations. Before FarStone, Fedro was Vice President and General Manager at Fidelity National Financial (NYSE: FNF), an dollars10 billion enterprise focused on the real estate market . Previously, he also served as VP of Sales and Marketing for Micro General Corporation (Nasdaq: MGEN), a technology firm focused on financial services software development and IT outsourcing. At the time of its acquisition by FNF, MGEN was the fastest growing public technology company in Orange County, Calif., with over dollars150 million in sales.

        Prior to these roles, Fedro spent five years in senior executive positions with software companies focused on the wireless space, selling multi-million dollar licenses to major mobile operators worldwide for fraud detection, churn management and billing. Fedro has taken one company through the Initial Public Offering process and has been an officer / key contributor in six mergers and acquisitions that represent over dollars700 million in value.

        He has specific expertise helping technology firms based outside of the United States launch their products in the Americas and other global regions through various partnership and joint venture vehicles. Fedro earned his bachelor's degree in finance and marketing from the University of Denver.
