THOM SHEA served 23 years with distinguished service as a Navy SEALearning the Silver Star, Bronze Star for Valor and multiple Valor awards in combat. Thom led the SEAL Sniper Course and the Research andDevelop Department until retirement. Upon retiring founded SheaLeadership Training, a multi-million dollar leadership mentoring group,released the best seller Unbreakable: A Navy SEAL's Way of Life andThree Simple Things: Leading During Chaos, and co-hosts Solving the Gappodcast. Graduates include bold leaders from fortune 500 companies andendurance athletes committed to sustaining high performance not only inbusiness, but also in their health, relationships, and spiritual lives. The author resides in Greenville, SC.
