Biographie: Ee Ling Low is Chief Planning Officer (CPO) and Professor of Applied Linguistics and Teacher Learning at the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Anne Pakir is Director of International Relations and Associate Professor of English Language and Literature at the National University of Singapore.
