Résumé :
This book gathers papers from the International Conference on Differential & Difference Equations and Applications 2017 (ICDDEA 2017), held in Lisbon, Portugal on June 5-9, 2017. The editors have compiled the strongest research presented at the conference, providing readers with valuable insights into new trends in the field, as well as applications and high-level survey results. The goal of the ICDDEA was to promote fruitful collaborations between researchers in the fields of differential and difference equations. All areas of differential and difference equations are represented, with a special emphasis on applications.

Biographie:

Sandra Pinelas is a Professor at the Departamento de Ci?ncias Exactas e Engenharia, part of the Academia Militar in Amadora, Portugal. She currently serves on the editorial boards of several journals, including the International Journal of Mathematics and Computation, and Contemporary Analysis and Applied Mathematics.

Tom?s Caraballo is Professor at the Departamento de Ecuaciones Diferenciales y An?lisis Num?rico, Universidad de Sevilla, Spain. His research interests are Non-autonomous and Stochastic Dynamical Systems and their applications to the Applied Sciences.

Peter Kloeden is Professor of Mathematics at the Center for Mathematical Sciences part of the Huazhong University of Science and Technology,  China. He is editor of several journals and is Co-Editor-in-Chief of the journal Discrete & Continuous Dynamical Systems - Series B for PubMed Journals.

John R. Graef is a Professor of Mathematics at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He is on the Editoral Boards of more than 20 journals, is Editor-in-Chief of Communications in Applied Analysis, and is the Editor of the series of monographs Trends in Abstract and Applied Analysis for World Scientific Publishing.
