Biographie:
Isolde Karle, Dr. theol., Jahrgang 1963, studierte Evangelische Theologie in T?bingen, Cambridge (USA) und M?nster. Sie wurde in Kiel promoviert und habilitierte sich in Bonn. Seit 2001 ist sie Professorin f?r Praktische Theologie, insbesondere Homiletik, Liturgik und Poimenik, an der Ruhr-Universit?t in Bochum, und seit 2015 Direktorin des neu gegr?ndeten Instituts f?r Religion und Gesellschaft. Sie ist Mitglied der International Academy of Practical Theology und vieler weiterer Gesellschaften. Seit 2003 ist Karle Mitherausgeberin der Zeitschrift ?Evangelische Theologie?, seit 2019 Mitherausgeberin von ?Zeitzeichen?.
