Evil exists. I've seen evil. Not your garden variety, child molester or axe murderer kind of evil. I've seen real evil as its jaws chewed up an infant, swallowing the large chunks whole. I watched in horror as evil ate the soul of my partner.
The nightmares are real. Darkness exists. And I and a handful of people stand in the gap, protecting humanity from an evil that they don't even know about.
Do not pity me, I don't deserve it. I'm the one who chose to fight. I chose to fight monsters. Do not fear me. I only hunt the monsters.

Colorado has a vampire problem, and they don't even know it yet. A small town in the foothills of the Rockies is under assault from a nest of vampires, and an elite secret government team is sent in to protect the town.
Knightmare is a new, elite government team tasked with controlling and eradicating monsters not of this world. Brought together from the best armed forces, federal law enforcement, and even the Vatican, their first mission should be an easy one. It is a glorified training mission to hunt a couple new vampires. What could go wrong?

Biographie:
Early in his life, Bryan decided that he would try as many different jobs as possible. Well, it was his high curiosity and low attention span that decided for him. He started in fast food and has worked in sales (retail, used car, business-to-business, door-to-door, credit card processing, vacuum cleaner, and firearms). Bryan has also been a security guard, police officer, and armored car vault manager. And he was a youth pastor.

Eventually, he decided he'd take the easy path and become a writer. He was an idiot. Writing is not easy, but it turned out, he was pretty good at it. People seemed to like his stories, so he kept telling them.

Bryan is a published author (fiction and non-fiction), game designer, graphic artist, web designer, consultant, trainer, ministry leader, and multiple-business owner. He is also happily married to his wife of over 20 years, Christina, and father to six or seven kids, depending on the day. He even sleeps occasionally.

Bryan is currently writing from a hidden bunker in Grand Rapids, Michigan. At least that's what he claims. We know he sits in a home office with a brass plaque that reads Dungeon affixed over the door.
