Résumé :
Aripiprazole is chemically known as7-[4-[4-(2, 3-dichlorophenyl) piperazin-1-yl] butoxy]-3, 4-dihydro-1H-quinolin-2-one, is an atypical antipsychotic and anti depressant used in the treatment of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and clinical depression. Chromatographic Condition has developed for the analysis of Aripiprazole in bulk and Pharmaceutical dosage form, force degradation (alkali, acidic, thermal, photolytic and oxidative condition) is also applied to the drug which confirms method as a stability indication method.
Biographie:
The Author has done Masters and Doctorate from Saurashtra University, Rajkot India which is one of the premier institute of chemistry in India. The author has more then eight years of experience in pharmaceutical research in industry.
