Biographie:
Tom Schuller is Director of the Independent Inquiry into the Future for Lifelong Learning (IFLL). Formerly Head of the Centre for Educational Research and Innovation (CERI), OECD, Paris. Also former Dean of the Faculty of Continuing Education and Professor of Lifelong Learning at Birkbeck, University of London. Sir David Watson is Professor of Higher Education Management at the Institute of Education, University of London. He is also Chair of the Inquiry into the Future for Lifelong Learning (IFLL) Commission.
