Healing is a book about overcoming and speaking out loud, what has ran through my mind during life experiences. Writing this book Healing I can see my transformation, it has force me thoroughly, to look at my missteps, harsh realities of acceptance and empowerment to become my authentic self, it also showed me that I am still a work in progress, because somethings in my life experience still stings and I have not truly gotten over it. Forgiveness is the key and I am learning to forgive, but I realize I will never forget. So, I am embracing my healing process to become my authentic self. I like who I am, I appreciate who I am and I respect who I am and going forward with the rest of my life I will not accept anything less.
Biographie:
This is Trudi M. Wray second book, her first book still learning lesion even after forty was the beginning of trying to understand her perspective of what she was feeling and how to explain these emotions. Trudi M. Wray holds a dual Bachelor Degree, Master degree, and working towards revisiting her PhD program. She is a mother of four beautiful children and have seven amazing grandchildren, she lives a quiet life in Pennsylvania while enjoying here family.
