Biographie: Tracy Maylett, Ed.D, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is the president and CEO of DecisionWise, a global management and consulting firm that focuses on employee experience design and evaluation--facilitated through coaching, training, feedback, and assessments. In addition to his doctorate in organization change from Pepperdine University, Maylett's expertise extends to organization development, industrial psychology, executive coaching, and psychometric assessment. He currently teaches leadership, organizational behavior, employee and customer experience design, and talent management in the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University.
