Biographie:
BEN OWDEN is a published author, leadership development trainer, and workplace culture consultant. Driven by the belief that there must be more to life than the status quo, he dedicates himself to assisting individuals in discovering their true selves, finding their purpose, and living meaningful lives. In his day to day, he is an organizational design and development consultant with years of experience in management across diverse industries. He helps leaders and their organizations become highly productive and innovative so they can solve the problems plaguing the world. With his background in Human Resources, Data Science, and Theology, he is able to understand the aspirations of people, the formation and nurturing of worldviews and cultures, and the strategies to sustain them. Ben and his wife Tina reside and work in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
