Biographie:
Toshiyuki Shiozawa is Professor of Communication Engineering at Osaka University. He graduated from Osaka University in 1964, and received his Ph. D. in Communication Engineering from Osaka University in 1969. His fields of interest include electromagnetic theory, engineering-oriented relativistic electrodynamics, free-electron lasers, and bioelectromagnetics. He is an IEEE Fellow....
