        Jacquelyn Hester Colleton-Akins is the Director and Private Owner of Hester Tutoring Program in Walterboro, South Carolina, and Jacksonville, Florida. Her Background and job have given her great opportunities to explore different challenges in the minds of our youth to bring them into this complex society of ours, by building a building blocks of educational goals and objectives from Pre-K-college. With these learning endeavors, children will go to the world and will grow into young men and women and their stories to others and say, ? made it. Elbert Akins Jr., He attended North Florida University to complete his 10th, 11th, and 12th grade due to his high IQ score. Bishop Akins attend Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, Florida State University, and University of North Carolina in Fort Braggs to complete his Masters Degree, Bishop Akins enlisted in the United States Army with a rank of Sergeant and received three medals and honorable discharged. In addition of being a Bishop, Mr. Akins was employed by the Florida Highway Patrol, he retired after twenty-seven years of dedicated service. Bishop Akins has one child, Elbert Akins III, he sings for the Heavenly Father, street minister, and a book author.
