Emotions in Evolution is an emotional appreciation of our world through the exploration of nature. Colours, their meaning and the pleasure they bring us, are brought to life through words. Language explodes into a description of common and unusual plant life the Earth offers, and the rich history they bring with them. Like the colour palette, each piece of flora has its own history and meaning. Emotions burst into word-action, and we can't help but react with a feeling of well-being. The flow of images come through, in a variety of poetic forms. Free verse, the haiku and the cinquain all play a role to inspire us and keep us moving forward.

Biographie:
From Sydney, Australia Barbara Strickland grew up with the rich traditions of Italy. It has coloured much of her life from working as an English teacher overseas, indulging a passion for travel and languages, and her awesome cooking skills and coffee addiction. A lover of the culture and the music of her heritage she has combined this with her various careers. These include a stint in the Australian Army, a few years in Real Estate and obtaining her Bachelor of Education at the age of 40 to give her books what she hopes is a realistic, romantic and having grown up in Australia, a multi-cultural feel. When not at the computer she indulges herself with reading and blogging and loving her grandchildren. A cat with blue eyes is a dream along with room for herbs and spices and a well-behaved dog.
