He Han ?is PhD student in NUIST. He majored in emergency management in past four years. He took part in two projects from the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Xiaodong Zhu ?is a scholar in supply chain and emergency management. He holds a PhD in management science and engineering and has coordinated two provincial scientific research projects on emergency supply chains.
