Sina B?hler konzeptualisiert einen Ansatz zur Messung der Cross-Buying-Intensit?t von Kunden, der deren Mehrdimensionalit?t ber?cksichtigt und untersucht in zwei empirischen Studien die Erfolgsmessung und die Einflussfaktoren von Cross-Selling. Dar?ber hinaus werden verschiedene Konfigurationen organisationaler Strukturen und Steuerungsinstrumente sowie deren Cross-Selling-Einfluss analysiert. Abschlie?end leitet die Autorin klare Handlungsempfehlungen f?r die Unternehmenspraxis ab. Das Institut f?r Marktorientierte Unternehmensf?hrung (IMU) wurde 1999 an der Universit?t Mannheim neu konstituiert. Es versteht sich als Plattform f?r anwendungsorientierte Forschung sowie als Forum des Dialogs zwischen Wissenschaft und Praxis. Ziel dieser Schriftenreihe ist es, wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse zu publizieren, die f?r die marktorientierte Unternehmensf?hrung von Bedeutung sind.
