Dr. Phil Quirke has been in ELT Leadership positions for 20 years and has published on areas as diverse as face, action research, appraisal and journaling. His books, Managing the Language Classroom and An Exploration of Teacher Knowledge, are widely available, and his publication on Reflective Writing is available online. Thomas S.C. Farrell, PhD, is a professor at Brock University, Canada. His professional interests include reflective practice and second language teacher education and development.
