Rollicking yet reflective, it's a digitally remastered blast from a place and time past, when the ultimate measure of cool wasn't where you were from, but how far you'd come. Book club note: Overland frames distinctly feminine coming-of-age themes within a historic, societal, and political context that is sure to stimulate spirited debate.
