He lectures frequently on relevant topics in family business and serves families in business by helping them craft family governance, strategic and continuity planning and wealth management solutions. Previously he worked for seven years in the PriceWaterhouseCoopers family business practice and gained an MBA from IMD.

HOLGER K?CK has spent over 12 years building expert, practical knowledge in the world of the family office. He has served three families in establishing and operating substantial single-family offices, in Germany and Switzerland. After obtaining his diploma in banking, he gained an MSc in finance from the University of London.

COLLEEN LIEF is a research associate working at IMD on family business and corporate culture projects. She earned an MPhil in monetary economics from the University of Glasgow, UK and a BSc in business administration from Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, USA. She spent nearly 20 years as a commercial banker at major financial institutions in the USA.

He is an active owner in his own family business and for almost 20 years has studied and educated leading family businesses around the world.
