Présentation The Ramen Book Format Broché
- Livre
Résumé :
An amazing informative book for all ramen lovers!
With a feature in the Michelin Guide, European ramen events, and the exploding popularity of tonkotsu ramen in China, Japanese ramen is taking the stage as an international dish. A plethora of ramen shops exist in Japan, ranging from old shops offering tastes unchanged since pre-war days, to new shops purveying the latest, most innovative flavors. Japan's most popular ramen shops are now rolling out internationally, and have made a name for themselves abroad. This book defines ramen. It gives the full picture of its beginning, the evolution of ramen genres, and the special character of localized ramen revealing the unique charm of this well-known dish.
Biographie:
Hayato Ishiyama is one of the most famous ramen journalists in Japan. In college, he started the Ramen Kenkyukai, an officially recognized ramen study group. He then devoted himself to ramen and has eaten at over 6,000 ramen shops. Ishiyama has used his expertise and wide knowledge of the ramen world to assist with the production of TV shows, aid in the development of instant noodle soups, and to help establish ramen shops across the globe.
