Biographie: Alexander Dukalskis is an Assistant Professor at University College Dublin, in the School of Politics and International Relations. His work has been published in journals such as Journal of Peace Research, Democratization, Human Rights Quarterly, International Studies Review, and Europe-Asia Studies.
