Professor (Dr.) Chandra Prakash Arora, is a former Dean, Head of Department and Professor of IIT. The author had a massive heart attack 14 years ago in 1997. He is now 77 years of age, and intends to live for many more years in good health. He is now completely devoted to spiritual practices, meditation, counseling on health and nutrition, Pranic, Reiki, Theta and Astro Healing. This book is the outcome of that experience, and of the desire of the author to advice not just on physical, mental and spiritual health but also to compel the reader to go through the process of self discovery. He has previously written a book titled, Learn, Think And Predict Through Astrology....
