Operations Management for Executives reviews all that managers should know to be able to turn the operations of their companies into a source of competitive advantage. He teaches executives and provides advice to companies worldwide. He has published extensively in academic journals and the business press.
Alejandro Lago, PhD is Full Professor in the Department of Production, Technology & Operations Management at IESE Business School, where he also manages The Africa Initiative. His experience spans more than fifteen years as a consultant in operations.
