DIANE MULLINS, MBA, BSN, IS a registered nurse with a bachelor's degree in nursing, and master's in health care management. For almost four decades, her passion has been helping to improve the patient-and-provider health care experience. She has held prominent nursing and clinical leadership positions in various health care organizations and facilities, including: hospitals, ambulatory care practices, home health agencies, skilled nursing facilities, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), an Independent Practice Association (IPA) and a health plan. As the creator and avid supporter of quality health care programs including disease management, care management, health care advocacy and patient self-management, she is a trusted advisor to friends, relatives, patients and providers. Diane's pride and inspiration come from three supportive adult children, an ever-motivating son-in-law and an adorable granddaughter. She resides in the beautiful Hudson Valley region of New York.
