The secrets are not unlocked by scholarship alone, but are revealed to each disciple by the Holy Spirit, through work, prayer and obedience. The programme of future events in heaven and on earth is complex, but the very complexity is a safeguard against casual or partial interpretations. Jesus has a clearly defined strategy by which he is taking back dominion of the earth. Few suspect the malign influence that Satan and his angels constantly bring upon world affairs, but this detailed study reveals that alongside this there is a continuing interaction between God's angels and mankind down the generations. It warns of the apostasy that is overtaking the churches even today, and the persecution that God's people will have to face in the last days before Jesus returns. **** BOOK III - More Than a Conqueror deals with the little understood third stage of spiritual maturity. God has a throne room strategy because he is preparing men and women to reign with him in eternity. Salvation is not an event but a process and a way of living that ends only when we die. Many are deceived into relaxing their guard or even opting out of the spiritual battle before their time. This book explores the deeper life in the Spirit that is available to us once we have completed the first two stages of our discipleship journey. As we approach the end we discover that our Father has a special privilege waiting for us.

Biographie:
Hugh Shelbourne was born into a large family in the depression years of the 1930's. Hugh grew up in World War II. Now a father and grandfather, he has lived and ministered in the UK, USA and Africa. His Bible teaching ministry over 40 years has been shaped and sharpened by helping meet the needs of churches and their leaders of many denominations in the different cultures he has worked in. His long-term engagement with the prophetic scriptures arises from a conviction that all Christians are called to anticipate and hasten the Second Coming of Jesus, and that church leaders have a prime responsibility for promoting this.
