Biographie: Michael Howlett is Burnaby Mountain Chair and Canada Research Chair (Tier 1) in the Department of Political Science at Simon Fraser University, Canada. Jale Tosun is Professor of Political Science at the Institute of Political Science at the University of Heidelberg, Germany.
