From Darkness to Light, the first part of a two-book saga, is an incredible true story about Tom Slone, who suffered tremendous difficulties living as a runaway, Satanist, sorcerer, and gang president growing up in the south side of Chicago. Little did Tom know, that despite everything in his life, God would take him to Heaven to make a decision that would change his life forever. God also revealed what Tom's life was like before coming to earth, and how the strategies of Heaven and angels constantly intervene during the life-span of all humans living on earth. This story is about incredible supernatural intervention and deliverance in the most impossible circumstances. This book inspires everyone and gives assurance that with God nothing is impossible and no one is too far gone to be saved.

Biographie:
Tom was born and grew up on the South Side of Chicago. In his early teens, he became a runaway and joined his first gang. His involvement with the gang led him into a life of alcoholism, drugs, crime, Satan worship, witchcraft and other forms of the occult. He pushed his way to the top and eventually became the president of one of the largest gangs in Chicago. Then, a dramatic life change came when Tom had a divine encounter with God. He was taken in the spirit before the throne of God and presented with a decision. He accepted Jesus into his heart and was commissioned by God to travel throughout the world presenting the Gospel in the spirit and power of Elijah. Tom graduated from Christ For The Nations Institute with a degree in Practical Theology, and over the past 39 years, he has traveled the world ministering to thousands of people in crusades, churches, correctional facilities, youth groups, youth homes, schools, seminars, and conferences. He has been ordained as a Prophet, is a psalmist and minstrel who invokes the presence of God, and flows in strong discernment of spirits, deliverance, impartation, wisdom, and revelation of the Lord. He has also consulted with law enforcement agencies on ritual abuse and gang crimes because of his background in the occult. He is a John Maxwell Certified Speaker, Coach, and Trainer. Currently, Tom is enrolled at the Israel Institute of Biblical Studies where he learns ancient Biblical and modern Hebrew. Besides that, he ministers in the Washington State Benton-Franklin County Jail to inmates on a weekly basis.
