Today, he leads others as a life coach and motivational speaker who helps people and teams get UNSTUCK. Marvin is married to Charlene who partners with him in business and ministry. They host a small group in their home, lead marriage ministry, and can be found worshiping together most Sundays. They have 3 adult children who are products of their LEAD strategies. Marvin enjoys the outdoors and can often be found golfing, hunting, fishing, and playing cards games.
