Today, he leads others as a life coach and motivational speaker who helps people and teams get UNSTUCK. Marvin is married to Charlene who partners with him in business and ministry. They host a small group in their home, lead marriage ministry, and can be found worshiping together most Sundays. They have 3 adult children who are products of their LEAD strategies. Marvin enjoys the outdoors and can often be found golfing, hunting, fishing, and playing cards games. Even when you don't physically see Marvin, you can hear him when near because he has a distinctive deep voice....
