Have you ever felt joy, or sadness? Have you ever felt that you wish there was a way to describe how you were feeling? Have you ever felt that no matter how hard you try you can't prevent change? Well this book is inspired by you. For no matter how you are feeling we all go though Changes within a Life. I have composed a number of poems that reflect my own personal experiences that you may relate to. Please feel free to explore my world, for you may find that it relates to your world. You may find that your life isn't so different as mine, and though your experiences maybe different from mine. The feelings maybe very similar. Let us walk together, and see if we share common feelings, or experiences. Let us explore what lays ahead. Let us understand Changes within a Life.
Biographie:
Gary Ford and Stephen Koch are senior leaders of large teams in the Finance and IT sectors. They created and ran a Male Allies for Women in Technology programme involving thousands of men across six countries. Dr Jill Armstrong led the 'Collaborating with Men' research project on men and inclusion for Murray Edwards College, University of Cambridge where she was a Bye-Fellow. The authors are founding directors of Men for Inclusion.
