Revs. Jerry and Kate Angelo are the Founders and Directors of Marriage Awakening in their hometown of Springfield, MO. The ministry of Marriage Awakening is dedicated to creating a movement that impacts culture to honor marriage by inspiring and empowering marriages and families. Jerry and Kate regularly speak at various venues including the annual National Association of Marriage Enhancement's International Marriage Conference, and they have also been featured on the FamilyLife Today Christian radio broadcast. They are authors and their latest book, Forsaken, is now available. They are both credentialed ministers with the General Council of the Assemblies of God, and they lead the Marriage & Family Life Sunday school class at their local church. Jerry and Kate are both Board Certified Christian Life Coaches through IBCC, and work with professionals and local pastors in communities across the nation to help them develop strong marriage ministries. In their ministry as well as organizing events over the years, they have found that encouraging married couples to go on regular date nights and participating in daily prayer with their spouses can lead to a significant positive impact in the health of those marriages.
