Biographie:
Patrick Ember had a successful career in finance before he decided to take early retirement and try his hand at writing novels. In addition to his love of writing, Patrick is also a lifelong wine enthusiast. He enjoys studying wine, visiting wineries, attending tasting events, and simply enjoying a glass at home. Like the protagonist of his novel, he also has a passion for running and has competed in many marathons and half marathons. Having grown up on a farm in northern Alberta, Patrick and his wife, Leanne, now split their time between St. Albert, Alberta and Kelowna, British Columbia, home to some of Canada's top wineries-and a far friendlier winter climate than one will experience in Alberta.
