Biographie:
Barry Ife is Principal of the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. He is an international authority on Cervantes, and the author of many books and articles including Christopher Columbus: Journal of the First Voyage (Aris & Phillips 1990). Jonathan Thacker is Tutor in Spanish at Merton College, Oxford and series editor of the Aris & Phillips Hispanic Classics. He is the author of Role-play and the World as Stage in the Comedia (Liverpool University Press 2002) and several articles on various aspects of Golden-Age drama.
