Corporal Andy Reid was an ordinary soldier, serving in Helmand Province, Afghanistan. But his life changed for ever on Tuesday 13 October 2009, when he was blown up by a Taliban improved explosive device (IED). It was touch and go whether he would survive. Yet survive he did. This is the incredible story of a truly inspirational man.
Biographie:
Andy Reid has served for 13 years with 3rd Battalion, The Yorkshire Regiment, and is currently in rehabilitation after the severe injuries he received while serving in Sangin District, Afghanistan in October 2009, where he lost both of his legs and his right arm.
