Born and raised in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Ray Brooks is an author, a public speaker on the subject of 'non-duality', a writer, musician and recording artist who is internationally known and respected in the world of shakuhachi music. Sharing a passion for travel and adventure with his wife Dianne, they have explored the world together, living in India, working and studying in Japan and continue to spend most of their winters in the foothills of the Indian Himalayas.
